Microwave Paneer Jalfrezi is an easy side dish we make with paneer cubes, shallots, tomatoes, and green capsicum. Made in the microwave, it's an easy dish to make.
I used homemade Paneer, you can use store-bought as well. Tikkas need firm paneer, so for other dishes, you can always use homemade paneer.
I try to use my microwave for making gravies as Hubby Dear says we don't use it much. So made this Paneer Jalfrezi in the microwave completely referring to the microwave cookbook that comes along with the oven. With crunchy shallots, capsicum and paneer, this makes a great side dish.
For the stovetop version, check this Paneer Jalfrezi on the stovetop. You can make paneer rolls using this Kati Paneer Jalfrezi Roll.
Microwave cooking is quite an easy one if you know how to manage the whole cooking process. Previously I had attempted to make 365 Days of Microwave cooking, with dishes suitable for different meals.
