Quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding is the final pudding I made for this week's theme. I know I am sharing yet another chocolate dish. I can't be making something else that will end up on my waist! With added dark ganache and chips this pudding was so divine!
I served this in individual glasses and it looked so cute and nice. I am still not finding time to check out my oven's condition. Hopefully, I should be able to do it this evening.
This quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding is last of the Are you Pudding me? Series. I really enjoyed making these puddings and the ideas that I got while planning these dishes. I seem to have got into a habit of either sleeping late or waking up very early. Those are the times, when not knowing what to do, I end up visualising different dishes. I know that sounds so weird, guess this could happen with anybody!
Quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding
For the Pudding
1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Cornflour
2 cups Milk
For topping
2 tbsp Dark Ganache
2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
Take a Microwave safe bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa, and cornflour. Add milk slowly and combine well.
Microwave for 3 minutes in an interval of a minute. Remove and whisk stiffly. Then again cook for 2 minutes, at 1 minute intervals. Do this two times. Whisk until shiny and thick.
Using a spatula, gather everything and even out. Cover with cling wrap and chill until set, which might take about 2 to 3 hrs. Or if you want to serve right away, freeze for 10 mins.

Hi, did you make the ganache? or is it available in stores in India? I am writing from the U.S. and here we would have to make it from scratch with whole cream and chocolate
Srivalli says
Yes, I made the Ganache from scratch as its not available in stores in India as well. I don't think this is available readymade. You can check the blog for different ganache recipes

I use to think about food and what to blog even in my dreams until few years ago. I don't anymore unless I am totally unprepared for the bm and have to cook something in the eleventh hour on the day of posting. Chocolate pudding looks delicious and kids must have enjoyed it to the core.
