Cheeses Pizza is a popular street food similar to the classic Roman past dish cacio e pepe, pasta served with only cheese and black pepper. I made a little change and added Red chili flakes as well. When I was reading the NY.com about a cheese pizza that is very addictive, I thought why not make it at home.
I used my regular Pizza dough for this and topped with extra cheddar and another cheese which is a mix of mozzarella and cheddar. This cheese really melts and oozes out, exactly as how Konda loves. I made a small batch and kids couldn’t have enough. I have promised them a meal out of this soon. I was only experimenting as this pizza has cream and just cheese. I tasted a small piece and knew it was fantastic.
As we know the simplest dishes always end up being a hit and I even thought why I didn’t make it more. Anyway next time will be more prepared.
We can always combine different flavours and make them all at one shot as per what each of them love. I had made another tomato sauce cheese pizza that both Peddu and Konda loved. Chinnu liked this better.
1 serving Pizza Dough
4 tsp Cream
1/4 cup Chedder Cheese
1/4 cup Pizza Cheese
Ground black pepper
Red Chili flakes
How to make the Cheese Pizza.
Once the pizza dough is ready to be rolled out, pinch out a ball as required, dust well and roll out.
Drizzle the cream over the stretched dough. Sprinkle the grated cheddar over the top, break the pizza cheese into large pieces and place these on the dough. Top with pepper and red chili flakes.
Preheat the oven at 185C and bake this pizza for 15 to 20 mins, till the dough gets cooked.
