This Easy 10 Minute No-Knead Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza is baked with a no-knead no rise pizza dough with all the fresh produce you can top it with! This is a filling savory dinner meal you can enjoy!
Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza is baked in deep pan pizza topped with fresh vegetables. While planning the Pizza Party, I wanted a pizza that adults will enjoy as well.
The Pizza Party Platter had eight different pizzas, and most were as per my kids' taste. Since I was sending it for my Parents, wanted to have something filling and healthy that will make us feel happy having a savory baked meal for dinner.
On the menu, the Margherita Pizza, Stromboli, Paneer Butter Masala Pizza, Paneer Pizza Pockets, and the Cheese Burst Pizza were all my Kids' favorite ones. I used this No Knead, No Rise dough to make this Paneer Butter Masala Pizza as well.
What is on a Garden Fresh pizza?
Garden Fresh Pizza has all the fresh produce that you can get from your garden and top the pizza. It's very filling and interesting as you can just about the top with any vegetable of your choice. Making it with homemade pizza sauce makes this more healthy.
What vegetables can be used in this Easy 10 Minute No-Knead Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza?
We can use different vegetables. Different versions of Tomatoes, of course, cherries are the best to use, all three colours of bell peppers, eggplant, cucumber, thinly sliced zucchini, summer squash, squash blossoms.
We can add greens like kale or arugula or spinach. Fresh herbs or dried like basil, oregano, etc. Onions of any kind always make it so yummy!
How do you make veggie pizza not soggy?
It is only natural to assume that the pizza will become soggy when we have added so many fresh vegetables and loaded with mozzarella cheese along with tomato sauce. What I found is, using pan pizza bases balances the whole texture.
When it is thin crust, the pizza tends to become heavy and you should consume it right away. However, with a thick deep pizza base, it becomes well balanced.
Starting our BM#124 the second week and I will be sharing some savory baked meal ideas.

How to make the Quick & Easy Pizza Dough (No Knead, No Rise)
If you are using instant yeast, you can directly mix it with the flour and knead it into a dough.
I used my Kitchenaid to knead the dough. You can directly knead as well.
Else if using active yeast, then take a large bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and water. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. You will see the yeast all bubbled up.
Add salt, olive oil, and honey and mix with a whisk until the honey dissolves.
Start with 2 cups of flour, and slowly add 1/2 cup at a time until it starts to form a ball. We may not use up all the flour.
Knead a few times with your hand and cover with a damp towel and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Prepping the toppings for Easy 10 Minute No-Knead Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza
While the dough was resting, get the toppings ready. We can just slice and use all vegetables.
I used fresh seasoned paneer as well. Some of the vegetables were grilled, you can top it as such if you like.
Preheat the oven to 200C. I used my 12-inch baking tray and used dough enough to make the 7-inch base.
Knead once again and pat down the dough.
Spread the tomato sauce and then sprinkle all the toppings.
Finally, sprinkle the cheese all over.
Bake the pizza for 10 to 15 mins until the base is cooked and the cheese is all melted.
Repeat the process for the second pizza.
Notes
You can use 1.5 tbsp of Active Dry Yeast if you don't have Instant Yeast.
