    Paneer Ladoo | Quick Ladoo with Rosgulla

    Paneer Ladoo is an instant 3 Ingredient Recipe made with paneer, condensed milk, garnished with fresh coconut. Here hard Rosgullas are modified into ladoo.

    There are many ways to make this Paneer Ladoo, however, the simplest one to make it with condensed milk and fresh coconut.

    When I did the A to Z Bengali Sweets for the Protein Rich Food a couple of years back, I made a whole lot of Bengali Sweets with Chhena / Paneer as the main ingredient. For each batch, I used about 12 liters of Milk to make a handful of Bengali sweets. Though I have never tried eating Bengali Sweets, making it myself, surely made me eat them.

    Of course, I am now back to not eating those sweets, as I somehow don't like the idea of Paneer being used in a sweet. That's just my thoughts, as I could see everybody loved that series and I still have a huge list of Bengali Sweets to be tried out.

    Paneer Ladoo

    Making Paneer Ladoo from Hard Rosgullas

    Rosogulla happens to be a favorite of both Hubby Dear and Konda. I never knew this before I made the series. Since then, Amma keeps making it often at home for them. Sometime back, because she came about a different recipe, she called up to ask if she should make it. I said go ahead and got an urgent call some hours back, saying the rosogullas turned to brick hard.

    I came home to a huge batch of Rosogullas that were solid brick like soaking in the sugar syrup. She asked if I can make something out of it. That was the time when we faced severe water crisis and I wasn't really in the mind frame to cook anything. Amma even said I could just dump the whole lot.

    However, seeing it was made with 3 liters of milk, I didn't have the heart to waste it. I had a few dishes in mind and even asked my buddies for some more ideas. Finally set out to make three different dishes. To be very honest, we never have a flop when we try a new dish and there was never a need for us to recreate new dishes.

    Since this happened, I even asked my friends if they were up to it. I was happy that I could make complete use of those rosgullas and recreated new dishes with it, all of which was a hit.

    For the first day, I have a simple and quick to make Paneer Ladoo. We are starting a new edition BM#103, Week 1, where I am doing Recreating new dishes from a flopped one.

    How to make Paneer Ladoo

    Paneer Ladoo | Quick Ladoo with Rosgulla

    Ingredients Needed:

    1 cup Paneer / Crumbed Rasgulla
    1/2 cup Condensed Milk
    2 tsp Coconut fresh

    How to make Paneer Ladoo

    Drain the rasgullas from the sugar syrup and chop it into smaller bits.
    Pulse it for a couple of times to get fine grained paneer.
    Transfer to a bowl, add the condensed milk and blend well.
    Refrigerate for 10 mins before you make laddoos.
    When ready, pinch out small bits of the prepared mixture and roll into laddoos or balls.
    Then roll these over the fresh coconut and again let it sit for 10 mins before serving.

      I remember the discussions that went in Valli. Nice that you turned the hard rasgollas into delicious sweets. The laddu looks fantastic and I think we can also make these with leftover rasgollas.

      Laddu looks too tempting and you have made it so perfect. Once can never say it is made with hard rasgulla
