Paneer Kulfi is an innovative Indian Kulfi made with leftover Rasgulla and condensed milk that surely makes a wonderful dessert anytime.

As I had said yesterday, I had a load full of hard rasgulla that I had to reuse and recreate. So this Indian Kulfi made with condensed milk was an instant and quick sweet. Hubby dear loved this so much and couldn't' believe this was just 2 Ingredient dish.

After yesterday's Paneer Ladoo with Rasgulla second dish was this kulfi. I surely remembered my A to Z Bengali Sweets where I had made another version of  Paneer Ice Cream.

After making this kulfi, the feedback from all was that I could make these hard rasgullas just to make this Ice Cream. So you can imagine how delicious this must have been.

So the second day of recreating rasgulla into a new dish, I have this kulfi for the BM#103.

What a delicious innovation! Cannot wait to savour this delicacy. Sadly we hardly come across a situation of surplus rasgollas as they are gobbled up immediately. We must buy extra rasgollas specifically for making this!!
Will ask my daughter to make soon.

Wow! The kulfi looks so creamy. With just two ingredients, even kids could whip it up in minutes. Very nice idea of using up those rasgollas.
