Dahi Puri Chaat is a sinful Chaat dish made with Golgappa puri filled with potato mix and garnished with different spicy, tangy chutneys served with sweet curd and topped sev.

This is one of the most favorite chaat of mine and I always end up making this when I plan for other chaats. The best part in recent times is the fact that this has become a must do snack at my office. So as it's almost done once or twice at the office, I no longer make an effort to make it at home.

It all happened that for some occasion at the office, we had Chaat house and different chaats were made. Though everything was a hit, this particular Dahi Puri Chaat was a super duper hit. Since then it became a regular snack for the evening. I had done a sketch for the occasion depicting the different chaats that were done inhouse. Our office cook is now an expert in making all the chaats and we need not go anywhere else!

This Dahi Batata Puri Chaat is a sinful dish you can serve for any party.Dahi Puri Chaat

Dahi puri is one of my most favourite chat too. The sweet curd adds a lot to the taste. The chat house looks so good. Love that array of dishes on the table.

Lip smacking chaat. That chaat is perfect for parties, Valli. My daughter is not here to rave about it as it's the only she eats. We are all partial to it.

This is a real torture Valli. Different types of chaats to see only but can't treat my taste buds. Loved your sketch too. I'm feeling lazy today so won't make it myself but will go to market to fetch some golgappa and dahi puri
