Mango Lemonade is an interesting blend of mangoes and lemon juice that makes a filling breakfast to start your day and a great summer cooler. While I mostly enjoy eating the mangoes as such, other than eating with curd rice, I felt I should really make an effort to try out all those different drinks one might make with it.
The result was this Mango Lemonade, that ended up being my breakfast, which Konda was also eying and after I drank, she came up to ask where her share was! I said this drink had lemon in it and may not appeal to her. She said I should try it. So it happens that Mango Lemonade happens to be to her liking as well!
As always I was quite skeptical about clicking a drink. I never seem to be satisfied with how it ends up looking. Somehow I also manage to use a similarly toned glass to serve. I felt the yellow glass made this look prettier. Or maybe the drink make me say that. Whatever, this drink does taste amazing and a great way to start your day!

1 cup Mango Juice
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Sugar
1 cup Water chilled
Mango for garnishing
How to make the Mango Lemonade
Blend 1/2 cup mango pieces along with sugar to get 1 cup thick juice.
Add lemon juice and blend again.
Add in the ice cubes and pulse again.
Finally, add chilled water and mix well.
Transfer to the serving glass, top with finely chopped mango pieces, and serve.
