For the final day of making snacks for Toddlers, I made a quick Ladoo made with Oats, Sesame, and Peanuts. I actually don't remember making this for my kids as they never liked sweets other than chocolates. However, over the years, Konda started eating some of the Indian Sweets. My boys are still to pick up the habit.

However, this ladoo comes recommended from here and I thought I should try it for ourselves who enjoy Ladoos. I made it with just a quarter cup of measurement and have always been in the habit of making ladoos, this was quite familiar to us.

    Oats Sesame Peanut Ladoo
    Ingredients Needed:
    Oats - 1/4 cup
    Sesame Seeds - 2 tbsp
    Roasted Peanut - 2 tbsp
Grated Jaggery - 1/4 cup (adjust to your taste)
    Ghee - 1 tsp
How to make Oats Sesame Peanut Ladoo
Heat a nonstick pan and on medium heat, dry roast oats, and sesame separately until lightly golden.
Let them cool down. Add roasted peanuts to the mix and in a blender, pulse a couple of times to get a smooth powder.
Add grated jaggery and blend again. Transfer to the bowl, add melted ghee and roll to a tight ball.
    Store in an airtight box.
