If you were ever in a situation as I was a while ago, you will hit the kitchen and bake this right away! I had made a chocolate cake yesterday and the only way I can describe how it was, would be to just say that you will be smitten and blown over. If at all someone could actually get this reaction over a chocolate cake, then you would have seen a bunch at my home yesterday.
It was a cake that I made as a surprise, the post is for another day. Let me just say that my boys couldn't get enough of it and have been taking it for their snacks as well. I had made enough to last them for two school snacks including their evening snacks. However, this evening when they returned back, the cake was nowhere to be seen and Peddu sulked big-time. He was going on insisting that I make a cake right away.
I just said I might have to check out a recipe, he assumed that I was, when I was actually trying to work on something. He was so adamant. that I had to finally make something. I decided to make an Oreo Cake. I check out for those biscuits, only to find that all that was left was one last cookie. So I asked if we would get it in the neighbouring shop, but it was out of stock. Peddu was so frustrated that he came back and before I could even bat my eyes, he gulped that one remaining Ore and was asking for more.
All I was left with were these Treat Chocolate Cream Biscuits, that I decided to just use them instead. All of them came on, saying they wanted to see and help me. Well I was happy that all it takes to bake a cake in MW is just 2 mins

Only I will know how hard it was to click this picture without them finishing it off before I even know. The cake was unbelievably good and would no doubt work out fantastic for a quick dessert!

2 Minute Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Treat Cream Biscuits

    Ingredients Needed

All purpose flour / Maida - 3 Tbsp
    Powdered sugar - 3 Tbsp
    Cocoa powder - 1 Tbsp
Crushed Chocolate Treat Cream Biscuits  - 2 Tbsp (3 biscuits)
    Baking powder - 1/8 tsp
    Salt a pinch
    Melted Butter - 3 Tbsp
    Milk - 2 Tbsp

    How to make

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Add powdered cookies, melted butter to the flour and mix well. Add milk by tbsp and check if it's dropping consistency.
In an MW safe bowl, fill in and MW for 1 min, continue for another minute after checking.
Allow it to rest for a couple of minutes, if you are serving kids.
Serve with ice cream or chocolate sauce as I did.
    Notes
I used a square baking cup. You can use a big if it is big enough.
Make sure that your mug is only half full so that the cake has some space to rise and be fluffy.
MW only a min, check and then again for another min, the cake is done.
The timing may vary according to your microwave setting and your mug too. So insert a knife or toothpick after 1 minute and if it comes out clean your one minute cake is ready, if not then microwave to 30 more seconds.
I didn't use any Vanilla extract, but if you like you can use a couple of drops.
Cooking oil can also be used instead of butter. The texture will surely be different.
Please wait for the heat to reduce, and serve at warm, this takes about a couple of minutes.
