Roasted Vegetable Pizza Wrap is a sinful wrap you can make quickly and it tastes delicious for any meal. Made with roasted veggies, these make a filling meal.
Peddu loves variety for lunch boxes, especially all those fancy bread dishes, pizzas, etc, and nothing with rice. Of course, all my kids are the same in this matter. They don't want rice. So it is quite tough to keep coming up with different ideas.
A while ago, he asked me why I wasn't making him any wraps for his lunch box. So I decided I would use some roasted veggies and make a pizza wrap. It was such a hit with his friends as well that he hardly get a piece to eat!
We are starting BM#106 with week 1 being Pizzas and Pasta. So for the first day, it's a fusion dish made with chapati stuffed with roasted vegetables along with pizza sauce and cheese.

Roasted Vegetable Pizza Wrap
For the Wrap
Knead the flour to a soft dough, let it rest for 10 mins, and roll out as a disc.
Cook on both sides till done. Keep it aside.
For the Stuffing
Heat a pan with butter, add the chopped veggies and saute till done.
Season with salt, and pepper.
Assembling the pizzas
Place the chapati over a board, spread the pizza sauce all over it.
Now place the roasted veggies in the center, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red chili flakes.
Sprinkle next with cheese and tightly wrap it into a roll.
Heat it for few seconds over a hot pan and cut it into two.

- 1/2 cup Onions
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Italian Seasoning
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese as required
- Cheddar Cheese as required
