This is an announcement for the next Mega Blogging Marathon that will happen during September 2016So get ready folks for a Mega Cooking Carnival to happen this September 2016!

If you are landing here for the first time, just to update you, we are a group of Food bloggers doing a Blogging Marathon every month for 4 weeks doing 3 days each month. However, during April and September, we do 26 days of nonstop blogging, with Sundays off.

We have been doing the Mega Blogging Marathon since April 2013,
April 2013 was the weekly theme.
    April 2013 was weekly themes
    September 2013 was ABC Cooking
April 2014 was Indian Food Odyssey
September 2014 was Around the world in 30 days
April 2015 was Fire up our Ovens
September 2015 was a Buffet On Table
April 2016 was a Journey through the Cuisines
So let me extend my invitation to join us this September for a mega Cooking Carnival!

It is going to be for 26 days, with Sundays off. This Mega BM is going to be either on Ingredient or Category all through Sep

    Option 1

    1 Ingredient / 1 Category for all 26 days

So when I pick potato, I will do 26 potato recipes Or Sandwiches for 26 days Or Fruits for all 26 days (if you are adventurous you can pick low cal/low carb etc)
    or

    Option 2

5 ingredient / 5 categories through the month.
Pick 5 ingredients for 5 weeks, Or 5 categories for 5 weeks like
Category can be Food category like Sandwiches, Rice, Starter, Dessert )
or you can follow cooking methods like MW method, Stovetop, Oven, Rice cooker, etc
Remember, one should be clear if one wants Food Category types or cooking methods. No interchange btw these two.
PS: Ingredient refers to one ingredient like potato/ apple etc and not to the varieties of potatoes or apples.
However, you can consider Fruits / Millets / Lentils as a category.
This is the way the weeks will be divided for Option 2
    Week 1 - 3 days
    Week 2 - 6 days
    Week 3 - 6 days
    Week 4 - 6 days
    Week 5 - 5 days
                                                  ***************************
    Guidelines!

    1. You will either have to pick Option 1 or Option 2
Under Option 2, you need to maintain your category description. Like it will be either Food category or Cooking Method
2 For a single day, there can only be 4 posts.
                                                   ***************************
Spread the news and come join us in the fun!
