Mug Cakes are so easy to make. You only need basic ingredients you can mix in a bowl. And use the same to bake it as well!
For the theme this week, which is One Bowl Dishes, I decided I would do Mug cakes as it serves both the purpose of having theme conditions met and my kids' chocolate needs! I do have quite some Mug cakes, still, the ones I am sharing today are tweaked with adding ingredients that were not used before!

How to make the Mug Cake
In a Microwave safe Mug, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add condensed milk, melted butter, and milk and mix well.
Next, chocolate chunks and microwave for a minute, then again for 30 secs. Check if done, else MW again for 30 secs.
Serve warm.

- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
- A Pinch Baking Soda
- 3 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter , melted
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Handful Dark Chocolate Chunks
Instructions

This is a sinful chocolate cake and the best thing is that it gets ready in minutes. I haven't tried condensed milk in mug cakes. Will try this in the next trial.
