While pondering on what to make for Kid's breakfast, that is not only quick and easy to make, it should be something that kids will love too. So thought this Mug Cake with Dark Chocolate will be the best fit. This hardly takes time and it's ready by the time your kid gets ready. Of course, you can't be making it every day, once a week sugar kick in the mornings is fine.
With school reopening after the Half Yearly exams, I again have the never-ending question of what to pack for the kids. At least having something clear for the breakfast surely helps!

Microwave Double Chocolate Mug Cake
Directions
In a Microwave Safe Mug, take the butter and dark chocolate chips, MW for 30 secs.
Once done, whisk it well and add the rest of the ingredients and combine everything.
Depending on the consistency, add more milk if required. When cooking in MW mode, the batter should always have a slightly flowing consistency.
MW again for a minute and let it rest.
Check and MW for another 30 secs if required.
Let it cool for 5 mins, dig in!
This dark chocolate is healthy and this surely makes a different breakfast dish!

- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk more depending on the consistency
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
