    Mango Custard | How to make Creamy Mango Custard

    For the second day of Creamy food, bringing you the seasonal special with Mangoes. It's been a hectic day and we are preparing for Konda's birthday. With kids at home, we are planning for a small gathering with family for the cake cutting.

    Enjoy this delicious dessert all chilled and served with mango pieces!








    Mango Custard
    Ingredients Needed:
    Milk - 2 cups
    Custard Powder - 3 tsp
    Mango puree - 1 1/2 cup
    Sugar - 1/2 cup
    Icing Sugar - 2 tsp
    Cream - 2 tbsp
    Mango pieces - 2 tbsp
    Almond for garnish
    How to make the Mango Custard
    Boil Milk and cool it.
    In a small cup of milk, mix the custard powder to get a lump free paste. Add sugar and cook.  Add it back to the milk pan and bring to boil.
    Boil till thick and cool it.
    Meanwhile, make a puree of the ripe mangoes and mix it with the custard. Add icing sugar and cream and beat well.
    Chili till serving, garnish with mango pieces and almond
