Instant Masala Oats Idlis are such a convenient breakfast or dinner dish to make. This is a diabetic-friendly food and you can simply make this so versatile by including other ingredients to it.
We make these Idlis healthy as we include carrots and other spices. While I have other oats-based idlis like Oats Broken Wheat Idlis, Oats Rava Idli, this idli is made of spiced ingredients.
We are starting a new edition BM#95, Week 1, where I will be sharing some steamed dishes. I will be focusing on Idli Varieties for this week. If you are interested, then check out the Idli Varieties on C4AS and the variety of Idlis on SYL.

Made with onluoats, these idlis are so healthy. I like the addition of roasted dals which would give a nice crunch. And the carrots add a beautiful colour.
