Corn Burger is a quick and delicious burger that you can make for July 4th Picnics. As per wiki, "Independence Day, also referred to as the Fourth of July or July Fourth, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence 241 years ago on July 4, 1776."

When I was reading about making easy and quick dishes for July 4th celebrations, that seem to happen as picnics, many had listed Burgers as one of the dishes you can make. I have done an elaborate Burger dishes already, today's recipe has Corn Tikkis as stuffing along lettuces and Eggless Mayonnaise.

This was surely one of those delicious dishes you can indulge on a holiday. This is part of the BM#77, week 4, where I will be sharing some easy July 4th recipes. When I was checking out what occasions or festivals that are coming up, I realised I could feature some Indian Fusion and American Dishes that can be easily done for July 4th. Both Konda and Peddu enjoyed this burger and wanted more of it. I was glad this Tikki was different and is easy to make.
