Mango Yogurt Cream Parfait is an easy and a non cook, no Bake Dessert. This only took about 30 mins to get done from start. If you have hung curds, it becomes even more easier!

I wanted to make the best of the time left to enjoy the mangoes, so with the Banganapalle that is still stocked, I made a mango sauce plus this Parfait using some hung curds and cream.

I had the hung curds resting for about 30 mins, if this was done ahead, this parfait hardly takes time to get assembled. I used Marie biscuits for the crunch and finally topped with Mango Sauce.

    Mango Yogurt Cream Parfait

    1/4 cup Hung Curds
    1/4 cup Cream
    4 tsp Sugar
    1 cup Mango
    2 tsp Mango Sauce
    2 no Marie Biscuits

If you have hung curds ready, you can beat with 2 tsp sugar, else hung the curds and proceed to make the sweeten curds.
Beat the cream with sugar and chill it.
In the serving glass, crumble the biscuits, top it with yogurt, then layer chopped mango pieces, then layer it with cream.
Finally top again with mango pieces and mango sauce.
    Serve it chilled
