Paneer in any form is Konda's favorite, and same goes for Pizzas too. So imagine a combination of Paneer and Pizza. She was so excited that she was getting this treat for breakfast. Bread pizza used to be her regular breakfast when she was in lower class. I could easily get her eat her breakfast without any complains by giving her this.
Recently when I saw a new pizza cheese available in the market, I thought I should make it for her again. Stocking paneer all the time really helps. So I thought I should make Paneer Tikka for her topping.
Very quick to make as it's baked in microwave mode. Of course the onions and capsicum is sauteed on stove top, you can easily saute in mw mode too.
Peddu loves pizzas too, so Konda has company while Chinnu won't even come near it. I wonder when he will start having a liking to this type of food.
Anyway I am happy that at least two of them love it.

    Paneer Tikka Bread Pizza

    Ingredients Needed:

    Bread Slices - 4
    Paneer cubes - 3/4 cup
    Onions - 1/2 medium
    Capsicum - 1/4 medium
    Pizza spread / Ketchup mix
    Butter - 1 tbsp
    Dried Herb a pinch
Britannia Pizza Cheese, grated - 1/2 cube

    For Paneer tikka

    Paneer cubes - 3/4 cup
Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric powder a pinch
    Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
    Curds - 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Tikka Bread Pizza

Wash and cube the paneer into small pieces. In a bowl, take the paneer and mix with all the masalas for the tikka. Let it marinate for 10 mins.
Wash and slice the onions, capsicum as juliennes. Heat a non stick pan with butter, sauté the onions, capsicum till soft and done. Remove and keep it aside. In the same pan, cook the paneer tikkas till done. Water will come out, so keep sautéing till all the moisture is evaporated.
For the tomato sauce, I mixed in hot and sweet tomato sauce with tomato ketchup.
Trim the bread slices on all sides. Spread the tomato sauce on the top, put one layer of sautéed onions, capsicum, paneer tikka. Top it finally with cheese.

    Microwave for 40 secs.

    Cut and serve hot.
