This Pyjama Party Platter comes handy if you are planning to host a party for your kids. Kids would love to enjoy these dishes with their friends. I have kept in mind to include all those interesting dishes that kids would love and are easy to make.
First of all, as my kids are fond of Paneer, I included Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese in different ways. Similarly, if you are planning for a party and will have kids not fond of bread, you can certainly include dishes like the Alfredo Pasta, Grilled Paneer ending it with some sinful Coffee Chocolate Mug Cake.
The dishes that were included in Pyjama Party Platter are very simple and quick to make. You can make this party menu in an hour or less with little planning.
We are starting the BM#116 themed on Thalis and Platters. This Thali & Platter is the Mega BM we originally planned for the magical BM#111 edition and unfortunately got postponed to September. We had decided on five different themes for the Mega BM with the first and fifth weeks having 4 days each and other weeks 6 days each.
After the shift, we decided to give Sat off to match the same weeks and themes per week.
Finally coming to the theme, I decided to make Platters for week 1 in both blogs. So it will be Kids Platter on this site and Platters that will please elders on C4AS.

What a superb idea for the theme Srivalli! The mention of pyjama party takes me back to the time we met in Padma Rekhas home and how we chatted through the night! This spread surely fits the bill and I would love to have a pyjama party soon!!
