Dark Ganache Truffles are among those quick snacks you can make when you have kids who are forever in want of a chocolate fix. The last time I made those Chocolate Truffles, I made these as well on go.
My boys wouldn't wait for the ganache to set and then I had to make equal numbers for all three. Invariably Konda complains she can never find her share beyond a day. Both those Truffles and these got over within a day, though I had made a huge batch. I was supposed to make some more chocolate dishes with the batch I had. But then something came up and I never did.
I let you in a secret with you! I always store ganache and kids never know about it. For other Truffle recipes, you can make 3 Ingredient No Bake Oreo Truffle, Dark Chocolate Fudge Truffles, Easy 3 Ingredient Oreo Nutella Truffles
This is part of the Kids Delight themed on chocolates for week 1. We are already in our BM#74, Can you believe it's just a month away from our April Mega BM and I have been like a headless chicken running around, still trying to get my list in place.
I am at least happy to some extent that this week's theme is something easy for me to make, even while asleep!
