Make this Eggless Chocolate Skillet Cookie Cake on your stovetop when you don't want the hassle of baking in an Oven.

This cookie cake is easy and simple and especially when you have leftover ingredients, it becomes just too easy! I had some dark chocolate ganache on hand along with some white chocolate balls.

The only thing you got to remember is to make sure you switch off at the right time else your cookie cake will have a burnt bottom. I used a nonstick skillet and cooked it over another pan.

This cookie cake takes only about 15 to 20 mins to get cooked on low flame. Do try it and enjoy! Check this Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Chip Cookies, Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding, Quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the ganache along with chips and whisk again to combine well.
Then add the flour, sugar, cooking soda, and milk. The consistency should be thick that you will have to spread it out on the pan.
Grease the skillet with ghee/butter and spread the cookie batter.
Place the white chocolate balls on the top.
Cook the cookie for 15 mins with a lid covered.

For the white chocolate balls, I used the same leftover from yesterday's fudge.

I should try skillet cookie cake. Though I use my oven a lot, it also serves as a storage until for my baking sheets & pans. At times I find it painful to pull out everything, bake and wait until the oven cools down to store them back in the oven.

I am long due to make a skillet cookie. I even bought a small size cast iron pan to make these and I still have not made one. Looks so decadent!

this is great cookie recipe. Easy to make on the same vessel. By the way low flame it should be heated?
