    Paneer Butter Masala Pizza or Butter Paneer Pizza is your answer to the craving you have when you want to enjoy your butter paneer and pizza! A typical fusion pizza that suits everybody's taste buds!

    When I made the Pizza Party, I had to make something that is my kids' favorite as well. We make Paneer Butter Masala every week along with Parotta. So when I was going to miss the paneer parotta night, I decided to make a fusion pizza with it.

    While making fusion dishes or paneer dishes, my kids love these Paneer Tikka Parotta Wrap, Paneer Tikka Bread Pizza, Paneer Tikka Pizza. I also have Whole Wheat Paneer Tikka Pizza.

    How to make Paneer Butter Masala Pizza

    I used the same dough from my Garden Fresh Vegetable Pizza.
    Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tbsp butter, toast the cubed paneer till turns slightly golden. Remove to a plate.
    Next add the tomatoes, green chili, minced ginger, and garlic, saute well. Add salt, cook on high until the tomatoes turn mushy.
    When the tomatoes are soft, allow them to cool down. Make a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
    Take this paste in a pan and heat it up. Add the remaining butter, red chili powder, cumin powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder to it. Let the gravy simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add milk, cream, and crushed Kasuri methi. Mix everything well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Finally, add the garam masala and the roasted paneer.
    Cook for another 2 minutes and then remove.

    Making the Paneer Butter Masala Pizza

    Spread the prepared butter paneer on your pizza crust. You can scoop the gravy and spread it on the base. Then top it with paneer from the gravy.
    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese all over.
    Preheat the oven to 200C and bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Check if the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is all melted and bubbly.
    Sprinkle some more chopped cilantro on top and serve the butter paneer pizza immediately.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Pizza dough for a 12 inch
    • Butter Paneer
    • 2 cups Paneer / Indian Cottage Cheese
    • 4 large Tomatoes
    • Water as required
    • 2 Green Chilis chopped
    • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic minced
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
    • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi crushed
    • 1/2 cup Milk
    • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    • 3 tbsp Butter
    • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
    • Coriander leaves for garnish
    • Salt to Taste
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

      I never give much thought about paneer version pizzas as they are not available to me locally. However this fusion version paneer butter masala pizza sure sounds delicious and interesting.

      Never thought of mixing paneer butter masala with pizza. Must have been one creamy and rich meal to have. The pizza looks so tasty with the perfect golden brown colour!
