Stuffed Nutella Chocolate Single Serve Cake is a quick Microwave Cake made with Wheat flour stuffed with some Nutella in between. This makes a quick snack anytime.

While I had plans for other dishes for the last day of stuffed dishes, I just couldn't get around to making them. I wanted to make Stuffed Pav Buns, then changed to bread rolls, then changed to some samosas shaped differently. The list was endless, only time was never on my side. I finally decided this stuffed Nutella cake was the best option.

This was inspired by some insta video I was yesterday. It was some cookies and baked in the oven. While cookies take only 10 mins of preparation and 10 mins of baking, I still couldn't manage. Then I had the idea of making it in the Microwave and decided it will be some brownies. Again the texture was not just brownies so it ended up being a cake.

I might already have posted some stuffed Nutella or similar ones. However, this one is different as I have only used wheat flour and brown sugar. Baking in the Microwave is a little tricky as the final product can get hard. So I did it in 30 Sec intervals and added more liquid so that the final baked one is soft.

The morning light wasn't so conducive for me to capture the melted Nutella oozing out. However, it is there and I rest my case!

I had made Stuffed Aloo Palak Paratha, Stuffed Coconut Khoya Ladoo made with Organic Sugar, and finally this dish for Stuffed Dishes in Week 3 BM#89.

Line a parchment paper on a tray, drop in 1 tbsp Nutella, and make 3 numbers. Freeze for 10 mins.
Meanwhile in a bowl, mix the flour along with baking soda, cocoa powder, sugar, then add the melted butter and curds. Beat well.
Now slowly add hot water and combine to get a thick batter. Add more depending on the consistency.
    The batter should be scoopable.
Grease Microwave safe ramekins with butter and fill to half of the bowls.
Place each frozen Nutella in the center of each bowl, cover with another spoon of batter.
Microwave for 30 secs in intervals, for 2 minutes till the cake is firm.
Total time should be around 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes, more than this the cake will become hard.
Turn over a serving plate and drizzle icing sugar over it.
The frozen Nutella melts during baking.
