Tamatar Aloo ki Sabzi is a delicious potato gravy in a tomato base. This is a No Onion No garlic recipe that can make your fasting meal even more delicious.
I had made this along with Besan ki Masala Poori for a lazy Sunday brunch. I had made this last year when I did the A to Z Indian Pooris. We enjoyed the delicious Tomato Aloo gravy with the besan poori.
This is a delicious no onion no garlic gravy, easy to make when you are hard-pressed for time. I love such easy gravies and Sunday brunches are mostly chana masala when it is poori. Since I was making A to Z Indian Pooris, I decided I must make gravies that go well with the pooris as well.
I am so glad I have this to share for T under the A to Z Side Dishes. This easy Vegan gravy is a quick dish you can make to pair with pooris or rotis as well.
I have a huge collection of chana masala recipes, like this Bihari Chole Masala Recipe or this Amritsari Chole.

Now that navratri is approaching this is one perfect no onion no garlic tomato based curry. Love this and I am sure it pairs well with poori. It's more like aloo rasedar right?

I have never made potato curry with tomatoes alone. The curry somehow sounds delicious and different even though made with basic masalas.
