We finally completed our April Mega Marathon on "Explore the Flavours" and it was quite an experience doing two series. This time, I took up doing a theme on my C4AS as well and you can imagine getting two themes on A to Z series is quite tough. With some of the alphabets being extremely tough, I am happy to say I haven't replaced or used adjectives. When I had listed some 8 different themes as part of the Explore the Flavours theme, I was keen to pick up one theme and do it in A to Z series. I am so glad I was able to complete the A to Z Internationa Street Foods in this space.
Since it was on street food, relatively I had more takers for this and even kids enjoyed it.
Before I talk about the dishes this edition, some info about what's been happening since 2013:
April 2013 was weekly themes.
September 2013 was ABC Cooking
April 2014 was Indian Food Odyssey

Awesome collection of street food recipes from different parts of the world. While there are some that I've made before like langos, khachapuri, empanadas, there are some I'd never heard of and some I'd like to try out soon. Congratulations in running the A-Z on both blogs. I got so overwhelmed with one and you ran two!
