We are at yet another wonderful round-up of a Mega Marathon, themed on Cooking Carnival. I had picked up to do One Ingredient, different themes for 5 weeks. My chosen ingredient was Potato. While one might think making 26 potatoes might be easy, let me tell you that I started cooking very late and it was almost every day some potato dish cooked for this Edition. I have a huge list of potato dishes already, this adds to an ever-growing list of Potatoes. Enjoy and don't forget to check out my fellow BM Buddies Roundups too in the Linky tool.

We have been doing the Mega Blogging Marathon since April 2013,

April 2013 was the weekly theme.

April 2015 was Fire up our Ovens.
September 2015 was a Buffet On Table
April 2016 was a Journey through Cuisine, where I did A to Z Maharashtrian Sweets.

Beautiful round up and it is now I am realising that some of the dish names are quite a tongue twister . I have loved this theme and enjoyed it thoroughly , well choosing a sub theme like yours definitely is challenging .
      Kudos !
