April and September really breeze past us and while we have been preparing for these Mega Marathons, the day we start, it feels like we reach the end of the month in no time!
This April we decided to do Biryani / Pulao / Khichadi Festival in either AtoZ order or random, either from India or International.
I decided to do Indian dishes in the AtoZ Order of Biryani / Pulao / Khichadi in this space.
I am never prepared well ahead and I have always managed to cook over the weekend in a marathon style and cover all dishes. Since the theme was with grains, I wasn't sure if I could manage as I had to do 51 dishes in both the blogs. I had only 1 dish ready ahead.
I realized we can do anything if we plan well and can execute it. So I had about 3 to 4 cooking marathons over the weekend and even over the weekdays, I managed to cook khichdi. We are not used to eating rice for dinner, still, all the elders were happy and gladly had it, as all the khichdi were really good.
I did AtoZ Quick 30 Minutes Meal in C4AS

Valli, this is a news for me. I always used to think that I am the one who plunges into BMs without any preparation. In fact, people like Vaishali would have finished their cooking and I wouldn't even have finalized my list of recipes.
You planned and executed it so well that you have come up with an exciting array of dishes. Loved allyour dishes and glad to be apart of this marathon.

I used to be like this, never prepared for the mega BM in advance and usually cook click and blog on the same day. Only for the last two BM I have prepared everything in advance. But the thrill of doing it on the day is a wonderful experience. But managing two blogs at the same time is such an awesome feat. I enjoyed all the pulao and biryani this month.
