    A list of 26 delicious Indian Breakfast dishes you can make that are easy and healthy as well. Cooked in A to Z alphabetically order, these 26 Indian Breakfast dishes are fun to make.

    First of all, this collection of A to Z Indian Breakfast dishes includes parathas like Batia Roti, Rottis like Avarekalu Akki Rotti, Juar Jo Dodo, Steamed dishes like Edada, Instant dishes like Oats Instant Onion Dosa from the different Indian States.

    We started this series this year, planning for three dishes for each month. It was certainly easy to plan and cook three dishes a month showcasing a traditional dish from each state.

    Above all, I was lucky that I managed to cook different Indian States that also met the AtoZ clause. Furthermore, Breakfast is an important meal of the day and you have so many different Indian Breakfast Dishes to choose from to make your breakfast very interesting.

    Also depending on your schedule, you can plan ahead or make instant dishes. These can include steamed dishes, fermented dishes, parathas, dosas, pooris, etc.

    On Cooking 4 all Seasons, I made A to Z Indian Pooris that was quite challenging. These A to Z Indian Breakfast dishes will help you plan your meal better.

    Avarekalu Akki Rotti
    Avarekalu Akki Rotti is an Indian Flatbread made with rice flour, along with Hyacinth beans and other ingredients. It makes a healthy delicious breakfast dish.
