This is the roundup of the Thalis and Platters we did all through the September 2020. In this space, it was all about different vegetarian thalis featuring different themes. On C4AS, I featured the same themes along with Regional Nonveg thalis.

    I have enjoyed week 1 the most with kids party ! ( can’t help it , I always think of myself as a kid ) .
    I also loved your thought process of pooris and all with B !
    Amazing – how do you even think on such lines ?
    And street food – you know it is my weakness and my favourite theme .
    Stupendous work , shows lot of enthusiasm and zeal to cook !

  2. You are a superwoman. Planning and executing thali themes on two sites is marvelous. You have made me fall in love with stuffed pooris and needless to talk about those chaat series. I am going to come back again for recipes. As always amazing Valli.
