    This is a collection of Indian Thali Recipes with step by step pictures. Indian Thali & Platter Festival has different Thalis and Platters we did all through September 2020.

    In this space, it was all about different vegetarian thalis featuring different themes. On C4AS, I featured the same themes along with Regional Nonveg thalis.

      I have enjoyed week 1 the most with kids party ! ( can’t help it , I always think of myself as a kid ) .
      I also loved your thought process of pooris and all with B !
      Amazing - how do you even think on such lines ?
      And street food - you know it is my weakness and my favourite theme .
      Stupendous work , shows lot of enthusiasm and zeal to cook !
